To help keep our students safe, Ivy League Academy has coded access entry into our facility. Closed-circuit cameras in each classroom, playground, parking lot, and other areas provide for additional supervision and security. We require written permission from a parent or guardian for us to release a student for pick-up by family members or friends. Whether your child is with us for preschool, private school, before- and after-care programs, or camp activities, you can rest assured that our security measures are keeping them safe.

Ivy League Academy understands the challenges of continually thinking of fresh, new ideas that are developmentally appropriate, meet a full range of required standards, and will interest and inspire your children. All of our curriculum programs provide easy-to-follow learning explorations for a broad range of engaging topics. Additionally, the FunnyDaffer curriculum provided by Ivy League Academy also includes essential, coordinating classroom support materials for a truly integrated experience.
We work hard to ensure a clean, healthy environment for all of our students. We do all of our cleaning in-house to ensure that proper sanitation of toys, furniture, etc. is maintained. We take great pride in our proven track record limiting the spread of illnesses.
Yes. Ivy League Academy offers outdoor play areas. Students in our programs have scheduled outside time daily, and when they are unable to go outside, we allow them to play in our large classrooms. The playground area is divided by a fence for the younger and older students. Private school students have a large playground area and a sports field.
Depending on the age group of your child, progress reports are completed quarterly or semi-annually to keep you informed of your child’s progress. The VPK students in our preschool education programs will be assessed with parent meetings after each term. Voluntary, ongoing, developmental screenings are also completed with help from the parents. Parent/teacher conferences are available any time, upon request, or at scheduled times each year. Ivy League Academy works hard to function as an extension of the family unit.
Ivy League Academy offers winter, spring, and summer camp programs. We encourage students and family members to participate in family outings held at the school each year such as our spring egg hunt, Halloween parade, and our winter holiday event. We also have several after-school activities available for children of all ages.
Ivy League Academy provides the highest quality care and education focused on health and wellness. We know our students will gain a strong foundation for learning from our preschool, private school, and VPK program.
We work hard to create relationships with our students’ parents to help individually create a learning environment where they can feel comfortable and confident that their children are being cared for in the best possible place. We are not a chain or franchise. We are privately owned and operated with daily oversight from our owner. Our programs at Ivy League Academy are designed to meet your family’s needs and make sure that our students are more than prepared to be competitive in their future schooling, be active and healthy, and most importantly, create fond memories of just being a kid.

Every member of our qualified and dedicated staff participates in ongoing professional development in the field of early childhood education. Our teachers are trained in First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse Prevention, and Communicable Disease Prevention. Each classroom is staffed with a credentialed teacher who has years of experience working with children or has a degree in education in the case of our private school program.
Ivy League Academy takes illness very seriously and looks at every case individually. While we’re not doctors, our staff members have been trained to look for signs of illness in order to help keep all of our students, staff, and their families as safe, happy, and healthy as possible. In the event that your child becomes ill during the day, and this illness meets exclusion criteria, you will be contacted for immediate pick-up. We ask that your child remain out of the program until they have been symptom free for at least 48 hours or with a doctor’s note verifying that the ill child is not contagious and is able to participate in all daily activities. We ask that you keep us posted on illnesses your child may experience to warn other parents of possible exposure. Anonymity for the ill child will be maintained. We trust that parents will make the right choice to keep their child home when ill, but reserve the right to send a child home in the event that we fear the risk of exposure to other students (see our Family Policy).
Ivy League Academy provides a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack consisting of items such as fruit, vegetables, crackers, pretzels, and milk. Ivy League Academy provides infants with formula and developmentally appropriate meals. All of our meals are included for each of our programs.
Every day, each child has a daily sheet completed electronically and sent home via email to the parents. It includes information about your child’s day, reminders, special event notices, and more. Parents and teachers also have the opportunity to talk to their child’s teacher at pick-up and drop-off. Each classroom is also equipped with a phone, although, we ask that calls remain quick as the teachers’ primary focus must be care and attention for our students. The office staff is available by phone, e-mail, or drop-in conversations daily. Students in our K-8 program receive grade reports every marking period via email.
We’d love to share our program rates with you, but as we often have enrollment specials and customize plans to fit your needs, we ask that you contact our preschool or private school for more information. We would also love to show you around our facility to talk with you about your student’s needs so you can see the value Ivy League Academy offers!
With that in mind, we offer scholarship opportunities for students enrolling in our K-8 program. Please contact our office for more information.
