Dear Parents and Friends of Ivy League Preschool Academy,

As many of you know, the Florida School Boards Association and other groups filed suit in August to end the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship program administered by Step Up For Students. If you want to know how you can help fight this, please sign the Stop the Lawsuit petition.

Sherri Martin, a Step Up scholarship parent, created the petition. Adding your signature will help show the public that this scholarship program is changing many lives for the better.

There is no reason for current scholarship parents to worry right now because the program has strong legal arguments in its favor and because it probably will be years before the courts make a final ruling. However, anything we can do to get the word out about the importance of the program is a good thing. Signing the petition helps do that.
